Michelle is founder and owner of Internos Initiatives, LLC,  a marketing services and consulting firm, specializing in cause-focused strategies for businesses and non-profit organizations.  With 28 years in the marketing field, Michelle draws on her experience and skill to help clients develop marketing initiatives that clearly communicate to their customers.

Michelle holds a B.S. degree in Business, Management and Economics with a concentration in marketing management from Empire State College, State University of New York.  She served on the board of the Finger Lakes Chapter of the American Marketing Association, was a founding member of the Ithaca Marketing Group, and is currently a member of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce. For 17 years she was employed at American Demographics, Inc., a national publishing company owned by Dow Jones & Company. As Advertising Director for the flagship magazine, American Demographics, she was responsible for a multi-million dollar budget and managed a national sales staff. She was instrumental in the development of a second magazine, Marketing Tools, and was promoted to the publisher position at its launch in 1993.  In 1999, she joined an internet company as VP of New Business Development. Internos was launched in the fall of 2001.  

Through INTERNOS, she has developed many multi-year relationships with her clients, providing stable, dependable marketing expertise for the profit and non-profit sectors. Current and past clients include: Association of Camps Farthest Out, Inc., Haircolor Masters, Trublu Handyman Services, Good Neighbors Home Repair, Chaika Unlimited, AFASA AFRICA, Advancing the Gospel in Angola, Inc., Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council of Chemung County, Corning Community College and Corning Chamber of Commerce.
